Have a Birthday coming up?

Celebrate a birthday in a creative way with The Valdez Dance Company. Our faculty presents an age-appropriate theme-based party which will include fun activities utilizing a wide variety of props, dance and music. Parties are held on Fridays after 6:00 pm & Saturdays after 1:00 pm. We do have optional Sunday times open. Please contact for those times.

The studio offers birthday parties one of two ways. You may rent out the studio for $45 an hour. We take care of only the cleaning. Or, you may hire the VDC to do the birthday party for you. We usually recommend having the party for 2 hours. We can really do anything: tumble or dance parties, theme parties, etc.  See our packages below.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the requested date and time. See our packages below.

There are different levels of what we can do:

Basic Party Package

 

Basic Party –  1 hour 15 minutes of the party will be games, dancing, etc that is facilitated by the instructor. These activities can be tailored to what you are looking for: a tumble party, a dance party, a themed party, etc. 45 minutes for cake, ice cream and opening presents, and up to 30 minutes before or after the party for setting up, packing up, and waiting on parents to return. You don’t have to do any cleaning.

$175 for 15 Children for studio members

$200 for 15 Children for non- studio members

  • 2-hour space rental

  • Folding tables/ chairs

  • Theme of your choice

  • 30 min movement class/games

  • A craft according to the theme of the party

  • The Studio Coordinator on site

Basic Plus – cost $350 (includes up to 15 kids and 10 adults) All basic party plus decorations including Happy Birthday signs; up to 25 full-color Invitations; and a Gift Bag filled with goodies for every kid.

Optional Add-ons​

  • Additional 1 hour $50

  • Decorations based on the theme listed below $150

  • Bounce House – $75   Pick our obstacle course bounce house, or slides.  Children ages 3-7 for the slides- 5-10 for the obstacle courses.

    Themes Offered:

                  Princess Party- we can dress up as princesses- let us know your child's favorite princess and we will make sure that we have that                         princess there.  Will also include a craft and games.

                  Fairy Party- includes wings, games and we'll dress up as fairies. 

                  Gender Neutral themes:  Pirate theme, Superhero's, Cowboy/girl. 

We offer decorations for the following themes:
